If you have mobility impairment The Surgery building and our car park are easily accessible and all the consulting rooms are on the ground floor. We have 2 parking places available for disabled people. There is a toilet accessible from our main corridor, close to the entrance which is suitable for patients in a wheelchair with changing facilities. The Surgery has a wheelchair available for patients to use while at The Surgery should they need it. Please ask for assistance at the reception desk or contact us to arrange your visit according to your needs.
If you have a video and/or audio impairment, a number of our patients use type talk. Our clinicians and receptionists can use one of our messaging systems to communicate with you (SMS, video/audio and online consultations, including language translators).
