How to book an appointment

Routine appointments can be booked up to two weeks in advance with doctors and up to four weeks in advance with the clinical pharmacist and nurses.
Before you can use Patient.access online appointment booking service, you must register at the surgery here to obtain a username and password. How to cancel an Appointment
If you have booked an appointment with a Doctor, Nurse or other member of staff, it is really important to let us know if you need to cancel it.
By telling us in good time that you cannot keep an appointment, we can offer your appointment slot to someone else. This helps us to reduce waiting times and means everyone can be seen sooner.
